I was very pleased with the meetings this week; I feel like people are much further along in their understanding of the process now. Next year should be SO much easier. I truly feel that we will see significant gains this year in our bottom quartile. I am going to try a new process for help sessions. Instead of having general help sessions, I will have time slots to sign up for to hopefully reduce the amount of your time. I hate it when lots of people show up and then they feel like they are wasting their time sitting there while I work with someone else! ;) Be on the lookout for yet another email from me for this.
